MP and second home, would a reasonable solution?

Increase your salary a bit (what people say 65 thousand pounds is not much to run two houses, travel, etc, etc) and let them pay their own way in most things. Give a second home allowance for people who are outside the reasonable travel time, but only to finance the cost of rent or mortgage and council tax, not to cover satellite television, repairs and decoration. Make name a first housing and the latter are chosen, then any change in that situation should have an application to the President's Office or parliamentary rules for approval. The cost of travel to and from his constituency of Westminster should be covered for expenses, like any other official government travel or parliamentary work. And a small amount of food during their stay away from any home on official business must be paid. Whenever I had to go night in the business of the company I've always been a staple of payment, and I suspect many others are in the same situation, so the deputies denied would be a bit spiteful. The challenge is finding a balance between the current situation in which parliamentarians are basically taking the hair and the other end would be very, very few can afford to be MPs. I do not like calling members of your cat food, but I would take the situation we currently have on limiting being an MP only the richest in society.
