Is a tenant entitled to a amount of the proceeds from the sale of a house if you paid rent for 5 years or 20% of the value of the house. I'm trying to get clarification on this law. , Is there actually in the state of Ohio?
Not knowing if there is a specific law. The terms of any option should be expressed in any signed agreement. (And for something like this would require a signed agreement.
